(consent &amp;amp; wwaiver)&lt;br /&gt;Choose between Wellness and Boxing&lt;br /&gt;Everyone submit the Curling and Bowling. forms.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Grading &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;65%&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; of entire grade is from Blocks in the gym &amp;amp; outside activities (Golf, Wallclimbing, or snowboard and Wellness or Boxing, Curling and Bowling)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;15%&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; is from volunteer&lt;br /&gt;i. Teachers-please make a list of attendance groups volunteer activities. If someone does not have a volunteer activity, please make sure you sign them up for one.&lt;br /&gt;NOTE: Junior highs need volleyball refs and basketball refs. We can get the clinics here during gym time. There is a fee, but if they ref 2-3 games it is paid for!&lt;br /&gt;ii. Please let students know that if they do not fill out a volunteer form and hand in, the maximum mark they can achieve, if they get 100% in class activities is 85%!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;20%&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; is from their log book/individual activity&lt;br /&gt;i.
